The city of Ft Worth is one of the largest cities in the state of Texas. It is located in the northern part of the state, and is one of the cultural centers to the American West history. The city has a population of around 720,250 in the city center and an estimated greater metropolitan population of around 6.1 million residents. The city is part of a three-fold center of commerce known as the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington area.
