Office Leasing Options:

Whatever your situation is, you need to plan ahead and decide what type of lease (or rental agreement) you will agree to. The best idea is to sign a shorter lease - like say 1 - 12 months (maybe even monthly if possible), because this will give you flexibility. Of course if you find an amazing deal on a commercial building, or office park that offers free move in, or any other promotion, then you should consider that after you determine how many square feet you will need per employee. On the other hand, if you have an established business that has a bright future, you should try to sign a long term rental lease, 12 months or longer - since you will typically get a big discount on your lease.
